Shipping and Returns
1. Any loss, short shipment or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of product.
2. No returns accepted after 15 days. Returns are only accepted within 15 days of purchase in the case of damaged or defective goods. All returns must be approved by Intercosmetics, and returned for credit or exchange. No return will be accepted without a copy of original invoice.
3. No returns accepted on precision instruments such as tweezers, nippers, scissors etc, or cosmetics, makeup, furniture and equipment.
4. Special orders may not be returned.
5. All charges for repair of salon equipment are C.O.D. and are to include any shipping costs.
SHIPPING IN ONTARIO:
FREE SHIPPING in Ontario with orders of $250.00 or more before tax (excludes furniture and equipment). Orders below $250 (before tax) will be charged a shipping fee of $12.50 (excludes furniture and equipment). Remote areas will be charged according to the quote provided by the courier. Furniture and equipment are always charged a separate shipping fee according to the quote provided by the courier. We will contact you with the quote prior to invoicing.
SHIPPING ACROSS CANADA & THE UNITED STATES: FREE SHIPPING for all remaining provinces in Canada with orders of $250.00 or more before tax, for skin care products and cosmetics only. Heavy items such as exam paper, gallons, waxes, liquids, and disposable products in cases will be charged a shipping fee, according to the quote provided by the courier. Remote areas will be charged a shipping fee according to the quote provided by the courier. We will contact you with the quote prior to invoicing.
- C.O.D.(Cash Charge On Delivery) are charged $20.00 per order .
- Please note that Intercosmetics uses a common courier for all shipments. You must be open between 9am – 5pm local time to receive package. Any returned packages will be charged an additional fee.
