Why can’t I see prices on items?
Intercosmetics is a wholesale supplier, and so our prices are not available for the general public. Please login to view pricing, or create an account to login.
How do I create an account?
Click “Register” in the top right corner of the page to create your account. Since we are wholesale only and we sell exclusively to the beauty industry professionals, you will be asked for proof of business. It will take 1-2 business days for us to verify your registration information and approve your account. You will receive an email notification when your account has been approved.
I registered for an account but I haven’t been able to login. Is there something wrong with my registration?
Unfortunately we are only able to process registrations from Monday-Friday, during business hours. We try to process all registrations as quickly as possible, but it may take 1-2 business days. Orders will not be processed after 5 pm, or on weekends or holidays. If it has been more than 3 business days since you registered for an account, please contact one of our sales representatives at 1-800-263-4333.
I clicked "forgot your password" to reset my password but the new one I received by email is not working either. I've tried it a few times now, what could be wrong?
If this is the first time you are logging in to the site, or you registered recently, your account most likely has not been approved yet. Even with the new password, you will not be able to login until your account is approved. Please contact one of our sales representatives at 1-800-263-4333 and they will be able to assist you over the phone or advise you as to when your account should be finalized. If you have logged in before, please ensure that your "caps lock" button is not on, as the passwords are case-sensitive. If it is still not working, please contact one of our sales representatives and we will assist you.
I’ve already placed my order, but I forgot some products. How can I add to my order?
If you’ve already placed and completed your order, you will need to call a sales representative to add items to your order. Sales representatives can be reached Monday-Friday at 1-800-263-4333.
How can I change my business address/telephone number/contact information etc on my account?
If any of your contact information has changed, please contact one of our sales representatives at 1-800-263-4333. They will be able to update your account information for you. You can also add a note to your order under the “Comments” section of the order checkout page.
I already know which items I want to order. Can I look up these items directly without navigating through the categories?
If you're certain that you know the correct code for the item you wish to purchase (ie if you are looking at a previous invoice or the catalogue), enter it in the "Quick Product Entry" panel on the left hand side of the page. From here, you will be able to add the item directly to your shopping cart and select the quantity you wish to purchase.
If you would like to see product information and images, or if you are not sure of the exact code for the item you are searching, we suggest you enter the product name in the search bar at the top of the page. From here you will be able to select the item you are searching for and view product details, at which point you may choose to add it to your shopping cart.

I forgot my password. Should I create a new account?
If you have changed your password and you forget what you have changed it to, our sales representatives will be glad to help you reset your password. Please call 1-800-263-4333.
What does the "offline settlement" option in the checkout mean?
Selecting offline settlement means that one of our customer service representatives will be phoning you to process your order payment over the phone. This option means that you do not need to submit any credit card or payment information online.
