Intercosmetics sells esthetic equipment and supplies to professional trade only. We reserve the right to request proof of business, or proof of education in esthetics, before allowing you access to our webstore. 

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Terms

1. Credit Cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard .Credit Cards payments will be applied at time of invoicing .
2. To establish a Net 30 Account a credit application must be submitted and approved.
3. Returned cheques are subject to a $30.00 service charge.
4. New orders will not be shipped if previous payments are not current.
5. Interest on accounts over 30 days is at the rate of 2% per month.

Shipping Costs

1. FREE SHIPPING for Ontario with orders over $ 250.00 before tax.
2. For Ontario : orders under $250.00 before taxes are subject to a minimum shipping and handling charge of $12.50. All other provinces call for quotation on shipping.
3. C.O.D.(Cash Charge On Delivery) are charged $20.00 per order .
4. Furniture & Equipment is subject to shipping charges , we will contact you to quote a cost.

Return Policy

1. Any loss, short shipment or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of product.
2. No returns accepted after 15 days. Products with damaged goods, returned for credit or exchanged must be approved by Intercosmetics. No return will be accepted without a copy of original invoice. 
3. No returns accepted on precision instruments such as tweezers, nippers, scissors etc.
4. Special orders are not returnable. 
5. All charges for repair of salon equipment are C.O.D. and are to include any shipping costs.
